​Prisoners’ Friends’ Association (PFA) is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of the personal information we hold by complying with the requirements of the DPP 1(3) and DPP 5 under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

Any information collected through this website or otherwise will be used for the purposes of managing their relationship with the PFA and understanding their interests and availability as a supporter or member.

For persons applying for membership of PFA, personal data may be shared with CSD for the purpose of applying for a prison visitor pass or to obtain permission, send and receive letters to prisoners, and to answer enquiries in connection with their activities as a PFA member.
