Requirements for application of Prison Visitor membership

1. The completed Application Form

2. The completed Authorisation Letter

3. One Photocopy of your Hong Kong ID card

4. Two recent passport-sized photos

5. Annual Subscription HK$200

6. The completed Application Form for CSD Prison Visitor Pass

Requirements for application of Pen Friend membership

1. The completed Application Form

2. One Photcopy of your HKID card

3. One recent passport-sized photo

4. Annual Membership Fee HK$100.00

Remarks:

The PFA membership Period is always from October 1st until next year September 30. It does not start from the date you join our association. Please make cheque payable to "THE PRISONERS'FRIENDS'ASSOCIATION" or you can directly deposit it into our HSBC Bank A/C: #106-247216-001. Please remember to send us your pay-in slip for our records.

All applicants will be interviewed by one of the executive members.
